3 Bedroom Beach Houses
Stand alone two storey houses overlooking the lagoon - these unique residences not only have great views and individual designs, but also a relaxing ambience which helps guests slip easily into holiday mode.
Arguably home sized, these residences have three bedrooms with extensive open plan living, indoor and outdoor dining areas plus spacious kitchens containing quality fittings and appliances.
There is bedding for six people and some residences will accommodate eight people on request. The multi use room can be used as a kid's playroom, parent's retreat or in some cases set up as a 4th bedroom. Seating is proportionate to bedding provided.

A limited selection of these wonderful beach house are available, from single level to 3 levels, most boasting their own private pool or a grassed courtyard and all have expansive decks with barbeques.

Each house has at least two separate living areas, providing individual retreats for different parts of your group for relaxation or privacy. At least one of the living areas combines with the dining area and sizeable kitchen to provide a spacious open plan living area.
Three bedroom beach houses can sleep up to 6 people with a bedding configuration of 2 queen beds and two single beds. The four bedroom beach houses can sleep up to 8 people with a bedding configuration of one king bed, one queen bed, one double and two single beds - bedding may vary, please check at time of reservation. Each beach house has three bathrooms, including the master bedroom with an ensuite. Some executive beach houses also have indoor spas and private lap pools.
