Broadbeach is one of the Gold Coast’s most sought after locations for quality resort accommodation. Over the last decade there has been a lot of redevelopment in Broadbeach and some of the older properties are now gone and have been replaced by sparkling new resorts. Most of the new resorts here have been snapped up by wealthy investors as apartments of this standard have become much harder to find in the more traditionally popular areas like Surfers Paradise.
