Hayman Island has a number of tours and attractions. You can visit the other islands for a day or you can take a cruise to the outer Great barrier Reef. This runs every day and is operated by Cruise Whitsundays to a permanent platform they have anchored right on the reef itself. Fishing charters operate from the boat harbour marina and you can go reef fishing or big game fishing, whichever you prefer.
