Hamilton Island Resort Australia, is located in the Whitsundays and is the largest island resort. Less than a 3rd of the island has been used for Hamilton Island Resort, the rest has been kept in its natural state so that people can enjoy and explore this un-spoilt island with it’s fantastic beaches, adventurous nature trails and private escapes. Hamilton Island has its own airport, so getting there is very easy as most major cities have scheduled flights. Alternatively it’s only a 30 minute ferry trip from the mainland, departing from Airlie Beach.

Hotel style accommodation includes the Palm Terrace, Palm Bungalows, Reef View hotel and Beach Club hotel depending on the required standard. Self catering family accommodation is located on both the resort side and the marina side of the island. One and two bedroom resort side apartments are available in the Whitsunday holiday apartments that are within walking distance of Catseye beach, pools and resort centre. Other apartments on the marina side offer a choice of one, two or three bedrooms with a kitchen, lounge, dining area and a large furnished balcony. The superior villas offer a choice of one, two, three, and four bedrooms which have amazing views.

HOTEL STYLE
Palm Bungalows
The Palm Bungalows are located in the gardens and a budget style accommodation. All bungalows have a King size bed and are only a few minutes from the main swimming pool, shops and restaurants.
Reef View Hotel Rooms
The Reef View Hotel offers Garden and Coral Sea view rooms, garden rooms on the lower levels and ocean view from higher levels. All rooms feature two Queen Beds and private balcony.
Reef View Hotel Suites
The Suites are located on the highest levels of the Reef View Hotel. They include the Reef Suites, 1 & 2 bedroom Terrace Suites and Presidential Suites. All suites are not self-contained but do offer mini bar, dining & lounge area plus tea & coffee facilities.
Beach Club Hotel
The Beach Club is located at Cats-eye beach and the rooms offers ocean views. All rooms have either a balcony or courtyard and feature a King bed or two Singles
